Golden Bachelor winner Theresa Nist has left behind her £430,000 home to move in with Gerry. Before finding love on the show, Theresa lived in a cozy one-floor house worth £430,000.
The property spans 1,152 square feet and boasts three bedrooms, one bathroom, a driveway, and a handy shed in the back garden for storage.
Theresa, who’s known for her green fingers, transformed the small garden into her paradise, filled with colorful hydrangeas, pink roses, bright sunflowers, and other flowers, as shown in her Instagram posts.
But, Theresa has left behind the home to settle into life living with Gerry Turner and his dog, showing off snaps inside her new home recently.
Her old is situated in Shrewsbury, New Jersey. In the first episode of The Golden Bachelor, Theresa spoke fondly about her home and seemed very attached to her local community.

During the series, former Bachelor Gerry Turner visited Theresa’s hometown but only stopped by the home of Theresa’s daughter, Jen Woolston, which is just a three-minute drive away from Theresa’s snug home.
The house is situated in Shrewsbury, New Jersey and on the first episode of The Golden Bachelor, Theresa expressed a deep love for her home and local community.
Gerry Turner, the former Bachelor, only visited Theresa’s daughter, Jen Woolston’s house during his visit to Theresa’s hometown. Jen’s house is just three minutes away from Theresa’s cozy home.
But it looks like Theresa will be leaving the home she loves because she and Gerry are making plans to relocate to Charleston, South Carolina.
Gerry told People in an interview: “For the last couple of years, when my family gets together, I’ve talked about moving to South Carolina, and it’s an idea I’ve toyed with. And then in conversation with Theresa, a private moment, she’s saying, ‘Well, yeah, my son lives near Charleston in South Carolina.’.”
Gerry has a stunning lakeside property in Indiana on Big Long Lake that’s worth $637,700. He shared this beautiful home with his late wife Toni who sadly passed away in 2017.
This two-story home boasts a two car garage, its own private dock for a jet-ski and fishing boat, four bedrooms and bathrooms, as well stunning views of the local area.
