"HEANEY the MAGICIAN" ORIGINAL TICKET SHEET
- 1930s or before. 4.5" x 9". Black litho on die-cut cardboard.
This sheet includes ten unpunched stage show tickets with a graphic "Good Luck" souvenir header card. Gerald Heaney was a popular vaudeville stage magician in the 1920s & 1930s. He also ran the Heaney Magic Company, printing numerous catalogs for magic tricks, apparatus and books.
This uncommon original piece is made to order for any MAGIC collector.
Condition is considered GOOD to FAIR with moderate surface/stain/edge wear. Blue/green cardboard has faded to a cool graytone on the front. Mild surface/corner creasing with one minor corner chip (upper left) & scattered small edge tears (largest tear being approx. 3/16"). Approx. 2" of bottom perforation has started to separate. Otherwise, complete and unpunched.
Overall, we feel this is a very displayable example by most standards (see photos). A unique addition for any HEANEY and/or VINTAGE MAGIC MEMORABILIA collection. On a condition code scale of 1 to 10, the above listed item(s) rated - (7-6).
