This listing is for a very unusual and rare 1944-S Walking Liberty Half Dollar exhibiting Prooflike surfaces. The coin is graded by NGC as MS65 STAR and CAC approved. The obverse is more prooflike than the reverse, the reverse likely being what holds back a full PL designation, but none the less the coin is very stunning with tell-tale polishing lines on both sides and album toning on the obverse to give the coin extra appeal.
