1971 Ford Pinto 1.6 Kent & 2.0 fan belt tension gauge OE Service Item

1971 Ford Pinto 1600 Kent fan belt tension gauge, OE Service Item. Condition is "Used". Has low miles, may have been used once or twice when we had the car from 71-79. This tool was sold at the Ford dealer parts department level as part of a DIY program that Ford was pushing at the time. As described in their service book, this is used to check tension on the standard fan belt for 1.6 and 2.0 liter engines and also for the A/C belt. (Don't know about the latter, we didn't have A/C)
The first tension mark denotes a belt set at 110 pounds and the second mark means the belt is at 140 pounds.
Unknown manufacturer; it has no ID. Does not have the polish/appearance of Kent Moore, so I'm not even going to speculate.
