Here is a pamphlet, the third printing from 1975 pamphet "Flags of America" printed by Allegheny Trails Council, BSA.  It measures about 8 1/2 X 5 1/2 inches and has about 40 pages.  The covers show some dirt, but inside pages with illustrations are clean.  Please see pictures
