The Waitress and Waiter's Bibles measure approximately 3 1/2" x 5 1/2".
These items are in vintage condition.  There is heavy tearing, creasing and discoloration to the outer envelope.  There is also some wear and discoloration to the Waitress and Waiter's Bibles.
