Pamphlet, 12 1/4 x 8 3/4 inches double sided with 4 panels. 5 color pictorial / pictographic maps each 8 x 10 1/2 inches. Short splits at folds, 3/4 inch tear to mid upper edge of each panel (entering neatline of one map), good condition. A colorful display of Ruth Taylor White's series of pictorial maps: Island of Maui, Island of Oahu, Island of Kauai, Island of Hawaii and "In the Territory of Hawaii" which pictures the complete archipelago. "This colored series of cartographs is specially arranged for and dedicated with smiles and flowers to the many welcome newcomers in Hawaii - nurses, sailors and soldiers, marines, war-workers and others who are "all out" for a complete victory." One one panel with maps printed back to back, which is Territory of Hawaii and Maui. The booklet is copyright 1941, but has inset text dedicating "this colored series of cartographs...to the many welcome newcomers in Hawaii - nurses, sailors and soldiers, marine, war-workers and others who are 'all out' for a complete victory."
