ANTIQUE DOUGLAS MFG HOLLOW AUGER TENON CUTTER FOR BRACE DRILL EARLY OLD TOOL 1871 USA!
Early Douglas hollow auger tool is approx. 6 1/4" long. Base is 2 1/8" in diameter with 1/2" center hole.
Shaft reads: DOUGLASS MFG. CO. PAT'D SEPT. 1871
Tool is in good used condition. Nothing damaged or broken. Everything adjusts as it should. No frozen screws. Cutting edges could use a touch up sharpening(stated for clarity).
Comes exactly as pictured.
Would make a nice addition to any antique tool collection.
