BLUM 125 degree CLIP HINGE 75M5550, self-closing, 84.555-01A, discontinued
Blum 125° clip hinge for standard doors - self-closing, straight-arm "overlay" style. Made in Austria.
Model number is 75M5550 and identifying mark on the hinge says 84.555-01A. (I contacted Blum with the identifying mark information, and Customer Service told me the model number, also that this is discontinued.)
Does not come with mounting plates or screws, just the hinge itself. For screws, use standard #6 x 1/2" FH screws (not included).

They are available because we replaced our self-close cabinet hinges with soft close when we restained our cabinets, so no longer need these self-close.
These are in good used condition and were never painted.
We cleaned them up as best as possible but understand they're not picture-perfect. We are not hinge experts, just wanted to offer these as direct replacement hinges for your broken hinge of the same model.
