DEPOSIT REGULATION - VERY IMPORTANT!
The price only applies to the return of your defective old part. We will charge you

EUR additional deposit until we receive your defective old part. This is to speed up the shipping process.
As soon as we receive your defective old part, the amount will be refunded to you (we usually need 3-6 working days). The customer bears the return shipping costs.
After your purchase, you will receive a Paypal payment request from us for a deposit payment if you pay by Paypal. Alternatively, you can also use PayPal's payment-send function.
If you pay by bank transfer, please transfer the deposit amount plus the purchase price and shipping costs to avoid delays.
Old parts must reach us within 45 days at the latest.
After 45 days you can of course also send back old parts, but there is a deduction of 30%. Why? Because we need to get replacement after 45 days. Otherwise we would not have these parts in our program in the short to medium term. We can't afford that.
Old parts that are not returned within 6 months can no longer be accepted. We find this period more than reasonable.
Long story short; please send the old parts back to us within 45 days. The faster the better for all of us. After all, you want the deposit amount back faster and we want the old parts.
Please note that your old part must be eligible for a deposit.
Pledgeable means:
No external mechanical damage (e.g. no broken plugs, no broken sensors).

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We ship all shipments whose payments are received Monday - Friday by 3:00 p.m. on the same day. There is no shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.
Shipping takes place with DHL (can take up to 1 - 2 days from delivery of the package, but usually only one day).
Cash on delivery shipments cause additional costs (cash on delivery package currently costs plus EUR 8).
From a purchase value of 500 EUR (without deposit) we take over the cash on delivery costs for you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We deliver the shipments with DHL Premium.

The product is reconditioned / remanufactured (This means wear parts have been changed, all items have been checked several hours with a testing station from Bosch. The testing protocol is included in the shipment).
The product has a 1-year warranty. It is a bring in warranty. Please understand that we are not willing to pay for shipping to the other end of the world (actually to nowhere outside Germany we are responsible for shipping costs / all prices are ex works).

Please check the OEM/OM part number of your current defective item. If you find this number in our item description above as reference number, this is the right part number. Please ask your garage if you have any doubt. It is not reliable to search for the part using the vehicle list above. If the part number isn't visible anymore on your current part this method can be used. Otherwise ask your garage to check the part number using a mirror or research camera.
VERY IMPORTANT!
This price is only valid if you send us your old defective item. We will charge you with additional

EURO as a deposit (core pledge) prior sending you the spare part. After receiving your old defective pump back to us, we will refund you within 3-6 business days. The shipping costs have to be paid by you.
Please note that parts must be refundable. This means:
The items are not allowed to be mechanically damaged (eg no broken connectors).
They are not allowed to be dismantled (only complete parts in are refundable).
The part number on the item has to be readable.
Cores must arrive within 45 days to us at the latest.
After 45 days, you can of course also send cores back, but here it comes to deductions of 30% because we have to supply new cores if the pump doesn't arrive a certain time. Otherwise some products will not be available within the shortest time.
We do not accept any core after 6 months have passed.
Long story short; please send the cores back to us within 45 days. The faster the better for us all. Finally, you want the deposit amount back faster and we need the cores back faster.
International Shipping:
We use DHL Premium for parcels within Europe & UPS Express for parcels outside Europe.
