I am not a professional comic book grader, but I have been collecting for over 30 years. I know the difference between VeryFine/NearMint, Fine, and VeryGood. I am very particular, so if I list a comic at VF/NM you will not receive a GD comic. My comics will all arrive in the same or better condition than described. I will always price my listings at a reasonable cost to grade.
In my opinion -- This comics is FN-  . LIGHTLY USED... Some spine stress, light edge wear, small corner bumps/creasing, with some minor surface dimpling, slight color rub on back cover, staples indented slightly, some creasing of cover due to 3-D glasses under cover...  Please look at the HIGH RES SCANS and make an informed decision.
