This is the Annual Passholder pin from Disney's California Adventure that comemmorates the welcoming home of the Electrical Parade. The pin is a locket with Mickey Mouse on the front and opens up to reveal the Elliott (Pete's Dragon), mushroom and turtle floats from the parade. The pin is of a limited edition.
