Vintage Famous Penny and Dime Trick from House of E-Z Magic
From the instructions:  "Examination of the penny will reveal nothing so it is a masterpiece of mechanical ingenuity - but is really a coin and a shell - the inner coin apparently a dime on one side and a penny on the other - the shell is nanother coin reamed out - and when the inner coin is covered with the shell and pressed together, it is apparently a perfect coin.  There are numerous methods of taking the coin out of the shell and we will explain two or three of the best ones."
