J. M. Marston Hand & Foot Saw - 1890s Vintage Table Saw
For auction is this J. M. Marston Hand and Foot Saw. Circa 1890s. The original patent date stamp is still visible on the edge of the table. This is a hand operated model - there is no treadle. The hand crank can be mounted on either side of the machine. Overall in very good condition. A past owner has taken out a bit of wood to the table underside for a pulley set up. Some old grey paint in areas. Please note in last photo two gear teeth are chipped, but this in no way affects the performance. No cracks, breaks or repairs. Works great.
