Lily And Taylor Hat

This is a Lily And Taylor fasinator hat. Color is black with stones...please look at the last 3 photos...
I was showing someone how to wear it and broke the very end...I  measured it and it's a inch and a half long...I'm not skilled in trying to fix it...so I've reduced the price for that reason...
The black band is made of velvet..
