Lufthansa Lockheed L-1649A Super Star D-ALER at IDL 8"x12" Color Print

Description

8" by 12" color print of  Lufthansa Lockheed L-1649A Super Star Constellation D-ALER at IDL in August 1962.  This aircraft was re-registered N45517 in November 1962 and used by World Airways for a short time before going to Trek Airways and then on to Luxair in April 1964.  It was returned to Trek Airways in May 1967.  It was retired in September 1969 and scrapped in May 1970.
