These hinges have been discontinued by Amerock and Amerock Distributors, and were also sold as "Mastercraft" and "Aristokraft" AND ARE THE SAME.

They can be shipped anywhere the USPS will deliver a Flat-Rate Box, usually the day after purchase (includes Puerto Rico and possibly other US territories). Small orders will ship USPS First Class.
