They are not Grass brand hinges.  They are direct replacement hinges for the Grass 830-41only.
They work just like the Grass 830-41 hinges and plates.
They use the same holes on the door and cabinet.
Simply unscrew your Grass hinge and mounting plate, screw these in and hang the door on the cabinet.
NO ADDITIONAL DRILLING IS REQUIRED.
The main difference with these hinges is that they are a one piece design.  This hinge will replace both your Grass 830 hinge and your 830-41 mounting plate.
It will not work as a replacement for other mounting plates.  Only the 830-41.
This hinge has the up and down adjustment just like your Grass hinge.
The left and right adjustments are much easier.  If the door needs to be adjusted to the left, simply turn the adjustment screw left.
You don't need to worry about the door falling off while making adjustments like your Grass hinge does.  That's the beauty of the one piece design.
I recommend replacing both hinges on the door so they are the same.  Failure to do so may cause the door to bind or not adjust properly.
