I bought this fabulous hat about a dozen years ago and never wore it. It’s in pristine ‘as new’ condition. As a hat maker, I was fascinated by the construction- a soft raffia base with a crocheted netting overlay which was the way to incorporate the paillettes.
Non-smoking home.
I have a large head (23”) and it fits comfortably.
