Hard to find and vintage.
This item came from the estate of a home magician. I have listed it as used only for the fact that on each of the decks he hand printed a number on the extra card as shown in the picture.    Otherwise, the decks appear to be unused and in excellent condition.  Each deck includes instructions in English and German.  The instructions include a complete listing of the series of Platnik magic cards which were used in conjunction with the classic deck being sold here.   If you have any of the Platnik Magic series, then this base set is a must have for you.
From the instructions:
"Dear Platnik magician,
We are proud to introduce the new trick cards in the Platnik Magic series.  Used in conjunction with regular playing cards in the same series (Nos 13051 and 13052) they will enable you to perform extremely effective tricks.   The present cards are exactly matched in colour and design with all the other decks in the series 13051-13075 and can thus be inserted into any of those sets undetected.  Hitherto trick cards often had to be produced in a special, very laborious process and those trick cards which were commercially available were in nany cases of inferior quality; their standards of colour reproducdtion and printing failing to meet the high expectations of the countless amateur and professional conjurers.   In collaboration with Platnik Magic we have overcome these obstacles.  Twenty-five sets of trick cards in the series have appeared to date and more are planned.   There follow a few suggestions of how the present cards can be used.  We refer the more advanced card manipulator to the extensive specialist literature published in Britain, France and the Untied States and West Germany, where the enthusiast will find descriptions of new tricks that can be performed with trick cards.   With a certain amount of creative ingenuity the conjurer will have no difficulty in making up his own variants of the tricks outlined here using different combinations of trick cards.  Even the greatest card manipulators have had recourse to trick cards when the occasion called for them and the results were never less than asounding.  With our best wishes for such success and enjoyment.
