Rare Genuine Vintage 1980’s Leather Michael Jackson BEAT IT Jacket - Collector Condition from LA Prop House!
This jacket is in arguably perfectly condition & a collector’s dream!
Originally purchased from an LA California prop house in the 1980’s by my mom.
YOU WILL NOT FIND ANOTHER LIKE THIS!
It is unbranded but does indicate “Made in Korea”.
The outer shell is beautiful thick, supple red leather that looks as good as new.
The inner nylon lining is clean and perfect as well.
All YKK zippers function, sleeves zip off, 2 hidden interior pockets, real metal mesh shoulder pieces.
Pictures don’t even do this Jacket justice! It is absolutely gorgeous in person.
It was purchased, not worn & properly stored since the 1980’s. It honestly deserves a frame or class case, but could also absolutely be worn.
It seems to fit like a size men’s small.
The tag indicates size 36 but here are accurate measurements if you intend to wear it:
Measurements:
Armpit to cuff: 21”
Shoulder zipper to cuff: 25.5”
Main front zipper (Neck to bottom hem): 20”
Shoulder to shoulder: 18”
