Refrigerant Liquid Vaporizer, In-Line Charging Adapter with Liquid Vision Tube
Part# FF-14LV
Refrigerant Liquid Vaporizer.
In-Line Charging Adapter with "Liquid Vision" Tube.
This "Vaporizer" attaches to any Refrigeration or Air Conditioning System that has a 1/4" Male Flare Service port, almost all do except some R410a systems that use the larger 5/16" male flare port.
We have a different Vaporizer for R410a systems that includes an adapter, that part# is FF-516LV.
This vaporizer will work on service ports with or without, internal valve cores.
The inlet, or hose connection, on the vaporizer requires a hose that has a working valve core depressor on the end, almost all do.
If your charging hose does not have a valve core depressor, the valve core on the vaporizer can be removed.
The liquid vaporizer will break up the liquid refrigerant, so it does not damage the compressor by diluting the lubrication and liquid "SLUGGING" the compressor.
The vaporizer has a vision tube so you can monitor the flow of liquid refrigerant into the system prior to the vaporization effect.
A must tool for all the HVAC & R technicians as the new refrigerant blends that require the refrigerant be charged in a liquid form.
