    A PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING BALL POINT PEN by Stanley Tools, New Britain, Connecticut. This pen, which was produced for Stanley by the Quill Company of Lincolnshire, Illinois. The top of the clip has a Stanley "Notched Rectangle" logo. These pens were likely provided by Stanley salesmen to hardware dealers and the like and were never made available to the general public, or, more importantly, to collectors.
