Vintage 10x Compass Tripod Magnifier #908 Made in Taiwan Bakelite NOS

Description

This is a new old stock item that came from a school, so it was probably used in the science lab.  IT is a Compass brand 10x Tripod Magnifier, #908.  It is in the original box, made in Taiwan.  The body is made of Bakelite and the legs feel like metal, but a magnet does not stick to them.  The whole piece is black.  You cannot adjust the lens, as it is stationary.  It stands 1.5" tall, 2" across, and the lens itself is 1" in diameter.
