This Vintage Children's Horses Wagon Bank was made by Ertl Company - an American Toy Company, based in Iowa, USA - best know for its Die-cast Metal alloy Collectible Replicas or Scale Model of farm Equipment and Vehicles. This piece is the replica of early time "Arm & Hammer" Company's Horse Wagon.  The Money Slot in on the top of the wagon, and the Locker is under the Wagon. I am not sure the key of the locker is from the original manufacturer or added by the previous owner, please take a look at the pictures. It measures: 9"(long) x 3-5/8"(tall) x 3-1/4". It looks like new, in Mint condition.
