Vintage GENERAL, 6" Pocket Rule, 32ths, 64ths, 10ths, 100ths, Plastic Pouch, Stainless Steel, USA.  Model number is 616.  I like rules that are graded in 100ths of an inch.  You don't have to convert the fraction.  Rule is in used but very nice condition.  The plastic pouch back is worn, but serviceable.  The pouch has done a really good job of protecting the rule from damage.  It might have been in some engineer's pocket for years.  The pictures should give you a good idea of the quality and condition.
