This is a small toy catalog, measuring about 7 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches. The pages are clean, with no stains, but most of the corners have crinkling and creases. There is a tear on one page, about 3/8 inch. The last picture shows the tear and the worst corner.
In spite of the issues, this is a nice toy reference, especially for its age.
Please note that I am not an expert; just a collector selling some of my collection.
