Vintage Magic Trick Effect Routine Appearing Rising Card Tower Castle House

Magic appearing tower castle house of cards.
This item came from the estate of a home magician. It appears to be lightly used, if at all.  Effect is housed on a game board style base.   Once fully extended it stands approximately 24 3/4" high.   No instructions but there are you tube videos available to show how this effect works.   This effect will also require a foulard which will need to be provided by buyer.
The cards in the "tower" are regular size playing cards and most shown around 2/3 of the game board.   There is one edge of the game type board that has cards that measure approx. 4 7/8" x 3 3/8".   It is not self propelling and needs to be pulled up and each level seems to lock in place.   To drop the tower there are tabs on cards on both sides of the tower that need to be pulled to release a rubber band type mechanism to drop that level flat.  If I made this sound too confusing, let me know and I can take more pictures that will hopefully help explain.
