Offered for your consideration is a vintage new old stock
Stanley deluxe Scratch Awl, model #69-007
From 1995!
The package has seen better days, but awl appears intact.
Unlike the more common/less expensive Stanley #66-122 awl, this model has the blade going all the way up though to the end of the handle as one solid piece.  The pointed exposed part of the blade is also slightly larger and the metal ferrule at the handle base is also beefier.
The are a few very small areas of surface rust on the shiny metal parts, nothing that a fine metal polish wont remove (I recommend Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish).  Please study all photos using the zoom feature to judge condition for yourself.

Far nicer than the crappy Asia made tools of today.
