Items that I know are not functional will be listed as For Parts or Not Working condition.
Please note that battery replacement may be needed on items that I was able to test as working, and that would not be considered a reason to request a return or refund, as it would be considered normal maintenance.
Where possible, for New/Factory Sealed items, I do use stock photos since my photos and lighting aren't great.
