This is a 1990 booklet (see picture) entitled FATHER MARQUETTE'S JOURNAL: EXPLORING THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER FOR NEW FRANCE, 1673-75.  This booklet, 72 pages in length and published by the Michigan Department of State, is a reprint of the fascinating journal that "Father Marquette kept of his explorations down the Mississippi River in the 1670's".  The journal in this booklet has changed little from its original translation by Reuben Thwaites in 1902.  The booklet is clean and intact, exhibiting little wear or creasing from handling and storage over the past 32 years.  There is no handwriting in the booklet.  It would make a great addition to your own collection, or it would make a wonderful gift for that Father Marquette enthusiast, Mississippi River historian, or vintage publication collector in your life!  Postage is .50.  And, of course I'll combine postage on multiple purchases.  Sorry, NO international shipping.  Be sure to check the other items in my eBay store, too!
